3. Orders

Because our pieces are handmade — often made-to-order — placing an order is a request to purchase, not a guaranteed contract. A binding order only exists once we confirm your order by email and accept payment.

We may decline an order if a piece is no longer available, if we can't meet the requested timeframe, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In that case any payment taken is refunded in full.

Prices are shown in AUD unless stated otherwise. We do our best to keep pricing accurate; if a genuine pricing error occurs before we've confirmed your order, we'll contact you before proceeding.

4. Custom orders

Custom orders follow a separate flow with a deposit, an approval stage, and a production timeline. Specific terms for deposits, cancellations and changes during production are set out on the Returns & Shipping page.

5. Intellectual property

All original designs, patterns, product photography, written content and brand assets on this site remain the property of Stitches by Dibi. You may not reproduce, resell, or produce derivative pieces from our designs without written permission.
