Every piece I make is built to last, but life happens — a snag, a loose stitch, a button that wanders off. Send it back and I’ll make it right. It’s part of the promise, always.

How it works

Three gentle steps.

    Tell me what happened — a photo helps but isn’t required.

  2. 2.

    I’ll write back within a few days with next steps and a return address.

  3. 3.

    You post it back; I repair it by hand and send it home.

Small repairs on Stitches by Dibi pieces are on me. Larger restorations are quoted first, always.
